You can enter Kona Crossroads Shopping Center from the north or south on Henry St. As you enter the parking lot, you’ll see Domino’s Pizza and AutoZone to the right (mountainside), and Denny’s to the left (oceanside).

Park on the oceanside (left) side of the shopping center, closer to Denny’s. Look for our parking signs with our company logo. Our bronze-colored vans will be parked in that area.

Restrooms, picnic tables, and benches are available inside the shopping center corridor near AutoZone and Sakura Restaurant. Please do not use the Denny’s restrooms — they are for Denny’s customers only and Denny’s is not affiliated with our tour.

Please stay near the pick-up area so our guides can find you easily upon arrival.

This pick-up location serves the following hotels and attractions:

• Downtown Kailua-Kona hotels (Kona Seaside, King Kamehameha, Holiday Inn) – 10 minutes’ drive
• Ali’i Drive Hotels – 5-15 minutes’ drive
• Keauhou Hotels, including the Sheraton – 20-30 minutes’ drive
• City of Refuge (Pu’uhonua o Honaunau National Historical Park) – 1 hour drive
• Magic Sands Beach – 25 minutes’ drive (showers and dressing rooms available)
• Kahaluu Beach – 25 minutes’ drive (showers, dressing rooms, etc.)
• Old Airport Park – 10 minutes’ drive (showers, dressing rooms, etc.)

Park in the rear (south) parking lot — it is the closest entry point to our meeting location. As you enter the shopping center from the back, look for Snorkel Bob’s dive shop. We will meet you out front of Snorkel Bob’s. Our bronze-colored Mercedes vans will be parked in that area.

There are benches and trees for shade nearby, along with public restrooms. Please stay in this area upon arrival so we can greet you, complete check-in, and depart on time.

Note: There are multiple Snorkel Bob’s locations on the island. Our pick-up is at the Queens Marketplace location in Waikoloa Beach Resort.

Snorkel Bob’s is a reference point only. We are not affiliated with them — please do not enter their shop to ask about our tour.

The shopping center management asks that we use the rear parking area exclusively. Our van will return you to the same area at the end of the evening.

All driving times are approximate. We recommend checking out the location prior to pick-up.

• North Kohala (including kayaking) – 1 hour 10 minutes (showers available at Hapuna Beach; lunch options in Kawaihae)

Waikoloa Village, Hawaii 96738, USA

Located near the gas station at Waikoloa Plaza, this locally owned café offers restrooms and seating inside for customers while they wait for pick-up. Our Bronz-colored Mercedes vans will be parked out front for easy identification.

For reference, here are the drive times from Kohala Coffee Co. to nearby destinations:

• Waipio Valley: Approx. 1 hour and 10 minutes
• Waimea: Approx. 20 minutes
• Hawi: Approx. 1 hour and 10 minutes

Mauna Kea Access Rd, Hilo, HI, United States

This pick-up location is ideal for guests lodging on the east side of the Big Island, including Hilo, Hamakua, Puna, and Volcano. It is approximately a 1-hour and 10-minute drive from Hilo. Be sure to leave Hilo with a full tank of gas, as there are no services along Saddle Road. We have received special permission to allow our customers to park in the “Lower Dirt Parking Lot,” located 100 yards below the visitor center. Restrooms will be available at this facility. Please review the photo below to ensure you park in the correct location.

Look for our bronze-colored, 14-passenger 4WD vans with “Mauna Kea Summit Adventures” on the side.

Our vans will park in the paved lot above your designated parking area. Please walk up to meet the guides. Dinner will be served shortly after your arrival, and the guides will direct you to your assigned van.
